License #0226026755Steve has called Charlottesville home for over 20 years, where he and his wife Monique are raising their three children, who attend Regents School of Charlottesville. His deep faith shapes everything he does—both in the marketplace and in church-based ministry.
With over two decades of experience owning local businesses and investing in real estate, Steve is passionate about reshaping the industry’s focus. In a world driven by transactions, his goal is to care for people first, ensuring every client and team member knows their true worth as image-bearers of God.
Steve serves clients in both residential and commercial real estate, and also helps business owners navigate the sale of their businesses. His approach is rooted in integrity, personal connection, and a commitment to helping people flourish.

Zach Vestal

License #0225274508Zach has a deep love for Charlottesville, where he lives with his wife, Rachel, and invests his time and energy in both education and real estate. He teaches Logic School and Rhetoric School science at Regents School of Charlottesville and serves as co-founder of The Cura Group. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Biology, Zach spent time at the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, where he gained years of experience encouraging students to explore, think critically, and grow in character and curiosity. In 2023, God called Zach to bring his educational career into the classroom, joining the staff of Regents, where he works to instill virtue and wonder of the natural world into his students.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys running, fishing, reading, and going on walks with his wife. He has spent two recent summers mentoring young people as a camp counselor at Summer’s Best Two Weeks, and his passion for service is evident in his work advising the Service Club, coaching Track and Field, and caring for clients in the real estate space.
As an Eagle Scout, Zach’s value of integrity, leadership, and service permeate everything he does. Whether in the classroom, on the trail, or in a real estate meeting, his aim is the same—to serve people well, build lasting relationships, and point others toward the hope and salvation found in Christ.

Bradley A. O'Brien

Bradley is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in pastoral ministry, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. A Christ-first professional, Bradley has served as a college pastor, missions pastor, and lead pastor, as well as Executive Director of Libre Retreats—a pastoral care initiative that grew from serving 9 pastors to nearly 200 in just one year, expanding from 1 to 35 properties.Relocating from Baltimore to Charlottesville with his wife Jena-Marie and their four children, Bradley continues to invest in people through faith-driven entrepreneurship, real estate, and community initiatives. He brings a rare blend of strategic vision, operational skill, and pastoral heart—whether managing teams, stewarding resources, or walking alongside leaders in need of encouragement.
